Your items are handmade products, made to order. Most orders can be completed in 3-5 business days, and will ship as soon as they’re ready! Large and Custom orders can take longer.
In the US, all glassware orders ship USPS Priority Mail. This is the most affordable option, includes free tracking, as well as insurance in case your order is damaged in transit. You may upgrade to Express Mail for an additional fee (calculated at checkout).
Priority shipping is 2-3 day shipping within the US.
First class shipping is available on some products.
International orders, by default, will ship USPS International First-Class mail. We are not responsible for any Customs/Duty fees, tariffs, or other fees. Please keep them in mind when ordering. Countries that cannot be served by the USPS are unable to order from us. Shipping time varies by country and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
When your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.
All custom order sales are final.
Any item that arrives broken will be replaced free of charge.
Orders for non-custom merchandise may be returned within 14 days of arrival. Buyer pays return shipping, and items must arrive in the same condition as it was delivered. Refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 days of receipt.
